C/U-shaped steel intelligent feeding automatic punching combination equipment can achieve equidistant and unequal distance precise feeding, meeting the processing needs of C-shaped steel three-sided punching and U-shaped steel punching. The hole spacing can be set, accurate and error-free, and the automated hole production line can work equivalent to 24 hours continuously, increasing the production volume of the enterprise.


CNC 9 series control system


A dedicated CNC system developed based on the FPGA+ARM platform, with international standard G code programming control, supports commonly used CAM graphics operations, etc., to simplify system programming.


In addition, the fully intelligent one-to-two (three) combination also includes an intelligent flipping system and a CNC material loading and unloading robot, which eliminates manual operation and performs intelligent flipping and caching of workpieces; at the same time, for the transfer of formed workpieces and automatic loading of workpieces, the loading robot completes the workpiece processing requirements through horizontal and vertical movement.
