Advantages

Daily output is 60 tons, which is 1.5 times that of the traditional production mode; only one person is used, the traditional production mode (cold bending) has a labor cost of 30-60 yuan per ton, and the automatic line has a labor cost of 10 yuan per ton, saving 20-50 yuan; the traditional power consumption is 50 yuan per ton, and the production line consumes 30 yuan per ton, saving 20 yuan. The cold bending mold has a 1-year warranty, and the important parts have a 5-year warranty. The equipment is insured by PICC. Monthly on-site inspections, quarterly training, and replacement and repurchase.
