Process flow: CNC material shifting and loading robot (truss robot) → C/U-shaped steel intelligent feeding three-axis six-station linkage hydraulic punching (intelligent punching machine) → precise centralized unloading unit (unloading unit) → CNC material shifting and unloading robot (truss robot) → intelligent flip unit (flip unit) → storage unit (storage and stacking unit).

Processing range: width 220mm * height within 100mm

Meet the processing needs of three-sided punching of C-shaped steel within 6.5 meters, two hole types on each side, and U-shaped steel punching row holes (customizable)

Advantages

The traditional production mode has a labor cost of 30-50 yuan per ton, and the U/C cold bending production forming machine has a labor cost of 10-20 yuan per ton, saving about 20-30 yuan per ton in labor costs. Important parts are guaranteed for 5 years, monthly on-site inspections, and quarterly training. The equipment is insured by PICC and replaced with a repurchase.
